I canceled an order because it charged me for more than what I was supposed to be charged due to false issues after giving my credit card number I hit back because I didn't want the other advertised special and after hitting back and clearing my credit card information out it had already taken it and charged it. I made several calls to their customer service immediately after I realized this happened they told me to call back in 2 hours they couldn't see my order but see the charge.

I called back about 30 minutes later talk to somebody else they couldn't help.

I called back 15 mins later they canceled my order and gave me a cancellation #., after advising me they were back ordered. I never got my money refunded and apparently it never got canceled even though I have a cancellation number cuz they keep sending me emails concerning my purchase

User's recommendation: don't buy this item.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
